Try the fresh mushroom soup or Confit de Canard, which is tender, moist duck with blueberry sauce. One of the most delightful oases in the area, Balm Beach is a feast for the eyes with its deep blue waters and mountains in the distance. It’s a good place for fishing, picnicking or taking a walk at sunset.
