Residents of Pecan Park RV Resort find that Jacksonville, FL makes a great winter’s abode. The museums, historic landmarks, parks and other attractions provide a seemingly endless array of interesting pursuits.

Florida Theatre

A beautiful, quaint entertainment venue, the Florida Theatre offers something for every age group, including Broadway shows, ballets and a variety of concerts. This historic site has been a cherished part of the community since its erection in 1927. Its amazing seats, outstanding acoustics and friendly staff ensure theatergoers have a memorable experience. The address is 128 E Forsyth Street.

Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens

A stroll through the hushed halls of the Cummer Museum will allow you to see world-class art dating back to 2100 B.C., which makes it one of the best art depositories in the Southeast. It includes a children’s area for hands-on art, along with a gift shop and café.

The gardens are recovering from hurricane damage, but once restored, they’ll be quite lovely. However, the majestic Cummer Oak with a canopy of more than 150 feet can be viewed.

You can tour the facility on your own or take one of the docent-led tours. The address is 829 Riverside Avenue.

Pecan Park

Our Jacksonville RV park has a lovely lake stocked with largemouth bass. Benches and a patio are located near the shore, which makes it an ideal spot for picnicking.

For information or to make reservations, visit our website or call (844) 746-1841. Please see our special offer. The address is 650 Pecan Park Road in Jacksonville, FL.
