Oh, the joy of spending time in the outdoors that awaits you in Gulliver’s Lake RV Resort! In addition to swimming and scuba diving onsite, you can hike an amazing local trail that will nurture your soul with its incredible beauty.

A walk through the Bruce Trail is a nature hike extraordinaire. Imagine trekking under the canopy of a forest that towers 100 feet high while feasting your eyes on 70 species of trees and 64 species of ferns. Aside from views of varying landscapes that include caves and waterfalls, you can spot an array of wildlife, such as chipmunks, deer and many species of birds. The walk is so glorious that some people rate it as the top thing to do in Ontario.

Sound of Music Festival

On June 10 to 18, the Sound of Music Festival will be held in Burlington. The largest area music event, it will include many free and ticketed concerts performed by artists representing the past and present music scene. In addition to music galore, you can expect a parade, Canada 150-Day Celebrations, carnival, children’s activities, vendors and a street festival. Make plans to attend this family-friendly affair. The address is 1400 Lakeshore Road.
