Craigleith RV Resort lies in Clarksburg, a quaint village in the Blue Mountains. You can spend several delightful hours exploring its charms.

Visitors admire the gorgeous Victorian houses in town and love to hike the nature trails near Clendenan Dam. Checking out the shops is also fun, as they include a vintage clothing store, a honey store shaped like a beehive and an old-fashioned hardware store with a hand-cranked cash register.

Many call Clarksburg “Artsburg” because it’s the arts center of the region. It has an array of studios and galleries, the window displays of which are always changing. In addition, the Marsh Street Centre hosts music, theater, and art shows as well as an occasional opera.

Picnic in Carpe Diem Gardens

You’ll be amazed at the color and variety of flowers at Carpe Diem Gardens. Stroll along the woodland path that will take you past a pond, apple orchards and manifold blooms. It’s a great place for a picnic. Admission is $3, and the address is 496487 Grey County Road 2.
