In the spirit of the Pan Am Games the city of Hamilton will celebrate with 16 days of cultural festivities. Hamilton Kicks It Up! is “off the field action” from July 10 - 26, so it’s a great opportunity to get in the spirit of the games, even if you can’t make it to Hamilton. The multi-cultural festIval includes games, food, concerts and other entertainment. Check the website for details.
Grand Oaks is located on the Grand River and has 1000 feet of camping along the riverfront. The park has river access for fishing, boating, and paddle boats. A dinner cruise on the river is a great way to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Southern Ontario's largest river.
